A hospitality room will be available for ladies to change into more casual clothing following the Luncheon, should they so desire.
Wine Tasting
Section 1 – 30 mins
Introduction to the world of wine and spirits. Define the distinctive styles of wine, countries, history and etiquette behind them.
Section 2 – 45 mins
Blind wine tasting describing methodology, consideration, and different approaches in other parts of the world.
Section 3 – 25 mins
A competitive team approach to identifying the different wines presented to participants as a blind competition. Summary wrap up and presentation of prizes for winning team.

SALAD: Organic baby salad greens with roasted beets, sliced oranges and goat cheese, Herb vinaigrette dressing. Baskets of sliced bread and gluten free crisps, with butter at each table.
ENTREE: Hunter’s style Chicken Breasts With a delicious rustic sauce of Mushrooms, Peppers, Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomato, Rosemary. Medley of seasonal Fresh Vegetables, Cumin Rice with Grated Carrot and Saffron.
DESSERT COURSE, WITH COFFEE AND TEA; Luscious lemon cream cake with fresh berries and a berry coulis.
AFTERNOON RECEPTION: An assortment of finger sweets: Dainty cookies, Bars and Squares Sliced Banana Bread, Lemon Poppy Seed and Raisin Loaf. Gluten free sweets will be labelled.
